KIS Return Policy

KIS is committed to building and keeping a professional relationship with our customers and suppliers.
KIS prides itself on being an Australian company with quality of products and services. In the instance where an item may be returned, the following information needs to be applied.

KIS has the right to not accept a repair, replacement or refund on an item when a consumer has changed their mind, found an item cheaper elsewhere, or if the customer has decided the item is no longer suitable to their needs.

Re-Stocking Fee
In the instance where an item was purchased and the customer no longer requires the item or was purchased incorrectly, example: it is the wrong size, colour, etc. KIS can request a re-stocking fee of $15.00 or 15% of the credited amount (whichever is greater).

Recovering of Courier Fee
In the instance where KIS need to organise a return of items to the KIS warehouse, KIS will request the help of local delivery drivers and courier companies.
Where by the consumer has ordered incorrect goods, KIS may request that the consumer is charged a Recovering of Courier Fee.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the case of a faulty or damaged item, there will be no fee for returning the item(s).
A consumer can request a store credit (only if they have an account), swap for the correct goods or refund.
A store credit will only be applied once the items have been confirmed returned and the consumer has an account (this does not include online accounts).

Incorrect Shipment
If a consumer was sent incorrect goods by the KIS team, which they did not order, KIS will arrange pick up and return at no cost to the consumer.

Return Date Deadline
KIS will not accept returns for items which are over 30 days from purchase date.
If the items are over the 30 day time period, KIS will try their best to speak to suppliers about how to proceed.

KIS abide by any supplier warranties on goods purchased.

To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authority Form. Once completed please send back to us for processing an we will contact you with details.

Condition of Returning Goods
Goods that are being returned to KIS need to be in a saleable condition. Which means that there must not be any faults with the item or its packaging, original tags and labels are still attached, items are unworn, unused and as sold.
